Delete your Two Truths account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

In the app (fastest)

Open Two Truths and sign in
Go to the Stats tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
Confirm

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.

We will confirm once it is done, normally within a few days. We may ask you to reply from the registered email address so we can be sure the request is genuinely yours.

What gets deleted

Your profile and display name
Your email address and sign-in details
Every truth and lie you have written
Every guess you have made
Your streak, scores and history
Your friend connections and any invitations you sent
Notification tokens for your devices

Nothing is retained afterwards. Encrypted backups may still contain the data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten in the normal course of operation.

What this does not delete

If you signed in with Google, deleting your Two Truths account does not affect your Google account. It only removes the connection between them and everything Two Truths stored.
